Trichonas Architecture, presents its latest concept design, in the coastal area of Melinda in Lesvos. Situated on a sprawling seaside plot with commanding views, the proposal attempts to redefine the boundaries of modern 'caved' housing.

Designed to seamlessly integrate with its natural surroundings, the building is ingeniously crafted to be partially submerged, harmonizing with the contours of the land. Its innovative design ethos embraces the ethos of sustainability and environmental stewardship, blending aesthetics with functionality.

As you approach, the structure emerges organically from the landscape, its sleek lines and minimalist façade creating a striking contrast against the rugged coastal terrain. The expansive use of glass allows for uninterrupted vistas of the azure sea, while providing ample natural light to illuminate the interior spaces.

Within, a sense of serenity pervades as the architecture unfolds to reveal a harmonious blend of form and function. Spacious, light-filled rooms seamlessly flow into one another, blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living.
